jjrs Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and jjrs (hereinafter "jjrs", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at jjrs.cam and its associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.

jjrs is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed for users in Pakistan. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slots and related entertainment services with Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance display and localised payment guidance for users across major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including those who browse without registering and those who hold registered accounts. By accessing or using any part of the jjrs Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any other policies or supplementary documents incorporated by reference herein.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing or using the jjrs Platform in any capacity, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) your creation of a registered Account; (b) your first deposit of funds; (c) your first placement of a bet or wager; or (d) your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms.

These Terms are available in English. The English-language version shall be the authoritative version for all interpretive and legal purposes. If any translation is provided for informational convenience, the English text controls in the event of any inconsistency.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jjrs, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Section 2 and as updated by jjrs from time to time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or trustee for any third party.
• You do not hold an existing active Account on the jjrs Platform (one account per person, per household, per IP address and per device is permitted).
• You have not previously been subject to self-exclusion, cool-off or account closure by jjrs for a period that has not yet expired.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of jjrs or any affiliated entity.

Account registration requires the provision of accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and such other information as the Platform may require from time to time. You must not use a false identity, pseudonym or another person's details when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your Account. If any registered information changes — including your residential address, email address or contact number — you must update your Account profile or notify support promptly. jjrs shall not be liable for issues arising from outdated Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. jjrs will not be held liable for any losses, disputes or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jjrs applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the standards applicable to the Platform's operating license jurisdiction. Verification is a mandatory prerequisite to processing withdrawal requests and may be required at any point during the account lifecycle.

Documents required for verification typically include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driver's licence, showing your full name, date of birth and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence (typically dated within the last three months) showing your name and residential address.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation may be required to confirm the legitimate source of deposited funds, consistent with AML obligations.

jjrs reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide the required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently available in the live cashier for your account region. jjrs displays balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment method availability, applicable minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and processing fees are subject to change and are confirmed within the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction.

Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for informational context only. jjrs does not claim endorsement, support or partnership with any of these financial service providers in relation to gambling transactions. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment provider permits gambling-related transactions and must review the provider's own terms of service.

• All deposited funds must originate from accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• jjrs reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified as originating from a legitimate source.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance subject to payment provider processing confirmation. jjrs is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 depending on the method). These are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full prior to processing:

• KYC identity and address verification must be completed to the Platform's satisfaction.
• All active bonus wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds in the Account must be fully satisfied or the bonus must have been voluntarily opted out of in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• The Account must be in good standing with no open disputes, pending investigations or fraud flags.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier.
• The payout method selected must be one currently available for your account region.
• The name and account details of the payout destination must match the verified identity on the Account.

jjrs does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times depend on internal review procedures, payment provider networks and KYC status. Users should refer to the cashier for current estimated timeframes and should contact support if a request remains in pending status beyond the indicated review period.

jjrs may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are set out in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are subject to time limits. Any unfulfilled wagering requirements at bonus expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum bet sizes during bonus wagering may apply. Exceeding applicable bet limits during active bonus wagering may result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Sharing, selling or transferring bonuses to other users is prohibited.
• jjrs reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a User's Account.
• Any bonus figures referenced on the Platform are illustrative unless explicitly confirmed as a current live offer within the Platform's promotions section.

All bets and wagers placed on the jjrs Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game or event. Game and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

General betting and gaming rules include:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published for each market at the time the bet is placed. Rules may be updated prospectively.
• jjrs displays odds in decimal format by default. Fractional and moneyline formats are also available. Users are responsible for verifying the selected odds format prior to placing a wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed within the bet placement interface.
• jjrs reserves the right to void, reverse or decline to settle any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error, technical fault or system error, whether prior to or following the event outcome.
• In-play (live betting) markets close and suspend dynamically. Bets submitted during a market suspension or after a qualifying event have occurred may be voided at jjrs's discretion.
• Winnings on settled bets are credited to the Account Balance and are subject to these Terms and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer products, are governed by the individual game rules published by the game provider and accessible within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for slots and casino games where available.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjrs Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities, devices, IP addresses or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, collusion or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Any activity constituting money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using the Platform to disguise the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors or promotional terms in bad faith to generate profit beyond the intended purpose of any offer or feature.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions in place for Prohibited Jurisdictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jjrs staff, support agents or other users through any communication channel.

jjrs is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes reasonable steps to protect users who may be at risk of gambling-related harm. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional or relational harm, Users are strongly encouraged to use the available protective tools and to seek independent support.

The following responsible gambling controls are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Once active, deposit limits cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which the Platform will prompt the User to confirm continued play or automatically log out.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will prevent login and deposits for the duration selected.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, republish or resell any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from jjrs.
• Use the jjrs name, logo, branding or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Systematically extract, scrape or harvest data from the Platform by automated means.
• Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from any Platform content.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jjrs. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjrs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, telecommunication outages, server downtime or cybersecurity incidents beyond jjrs's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, market information, game outcomes or promotional content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delayed, failed or incorrect payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your violation of these Terms, applicable law or the rights of third parties.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jjrs's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjrs holds its operating license, as amended from time to time. jjrs will specify the applicable jurisdiction in its license disclosure documentation.

jjrs does not represent that the Platform or these Terms comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction outside the Platform's licensing jurisdiction — including the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform or the Services — including disputes regarding formation, validity, breach, termination, interpretation or enforceability — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

jjrs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, jjrs will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The date displayed in the "Last Updated" notice on this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
