At jjrs, responsible gambling is not a footnote — it is built into the platform from the ground up. This page explains the tools available to you, the warning signs to watch for, and how to get help if gambling ever stops being enjoyable.
If gambling is causing you harm right now, contact our support team immediately via Live Chat or email [email protected] — plain text, not a link.
Our Commitment
For the vast majority of people who engage with it, gambling is a form of entertainment — watching a Pakistan cricket match carry a little extra edge, following PSL T20 action with some skin in the game, or enjoying a live dealer table on a quiet evening. At its best, it is enjoyable, social and a small part of a balanced life.
But jjrs also knows that gambling can become harmful — financially, emotionally and relationally — for some individuals. Problem gambling does not discriminate by city or income level; it can affect users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar equally. That is why jjrs has invested in a responsible gambling framework that gives every user practical, accessible tools to stay in control.
The controls described on this page are not optional extras or difficult-to-find settings buried in a menu. They are front-and-centre features because jjrs believes that a platform that genuinely cares about its users makes safety easy — not hard.
"Responsible gambling means using the platform to add enjoyment to your life — not as a way to recover financial losses or escape from pressure."
If you are reading this page, that is already a positive step. Awareness is the foundation of responsible play. The tools below are available to you at any time, from account settings, without needing to contact support first.
Legal Notice for Pakistani Users: Online gambling is subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and may be subject to additional federal or provincial laws. jjrs does not claim to hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Users must independently assess their legal position. This is not legal advice.
Cap how long you play in a single session. The Platform will alert you when your limit is approaching.
Set PKR-denominated limits on how much you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly.
Put a ceiling on losses within a period. Once reached, further wagering pauses automatically.
Immediately block access to your account for a set period or permanently — no questions asked.
Protective Tools
All six tools below are available directly from your jjrs Account settings — no support request needed to activate them.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your jjrs Account. Limits are expressed in PKR so you can budget clearly. Once a limit is set, it activates immediately.
Important: Deposit limit reductions are immediate. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, giving you time to reconsider.
Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable with over a given period. When that threshold is reached, the Platform will pause your ability to wager further for the remainder of that period — no manual override.
Why it helps: Chasing losses is one of the most common patterns that leads to problem gambling. A loss limit removes the temptation to chase by automating the stop.
Set a maximum playing session duration. When your limit is reached, the Platform will prompt you to confirm whether you want to continue or automatically end the session, depending on your preference settings.
Tip: Combine session limits with the reality check reminder feature so you always know how long you have been playing and what your net position is.
Set intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) at which the Platform displays a brief notification showing your session duration, total wagered and net session result. You choose whether to continue or stop.
Why it matters: It is easy to lose track of time in immersive casino or live betting environments. Reality checks restore awareness without forcing a stop.
Take a short break without permanently closing your account. Cool-off periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month are available. During a cool-off, you cannot deposit or place bets.
Good for: Users who feel their gambling is becoming more frequent than intended but are not ready for full self-exclusion. A cool-off creates space to reflect.
Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available. You can exclude yourself for a defined period (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years) or permanently. Once activated, access is blocked immediately — deposits are refused and marketing communications are stopped.
Reinstatement: Time-limited exclusions cannot be reversed early. Please select the duration you need carefully.
Getting Started
Setting up responsible gambling limits on jjrs takes less than two minutes. No support ticket needed — all controls are self-service in your Account settings panel.
Access the Platform via your registered credentials. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset function on the login screen.
Tap or click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Within Account Settings, find the Responsible Gambling section. All six protective tools are listed here with clear activation controls.
Enter your preferred deposit limit (in PKR), loss limit amount, session duration or select a cool-off period. Confirm your selection.
Limits take effect immediately upon confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation to your registered address. For self-exclusion, activation is also immediate.
If you are unable to activate controls yourself or need to escalate a self-exclusion request urgently, contact support via Live Chat (24/7) or email [email protected] — displayed as plain text only.
Self-Assessment
The questions below are a self-reflection tool — not a clinical diagnostic instrument. If you answer "yes" to several of these, it may be worth taking a break or speaking to an independent support service.
If several of these resonate with you, please use the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings or contact jjrs support immediately. Acknowledging the signs early makes it much easier to address them.
Recognise the Signs
Problem gambling does not always look like a dramatic crisis. Often it starts gradually — pattern shifts in behaviour that can be easy to rationalise. These signs are worth knowing.
Immediate Action
If you feel that gambling is causing genuine harm — financially, emotionally or to your family — self-exclusion is the most direct step you can take right now. It does not require a lengthy process. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion, select your preferred duration and confirm.
Your account will be blocked immediately. You will not be able to deposit or place bets for the duration you choose. Marketing communications will be stopped. Pending bets placed before activation will be settled normally; your remaining balance will be available for withdrawal after the exclusion period.
jjrs takes self-exclusion seriously. If you attempt to create a new account during an active self-exclusion period, we will close it and return any deposited funds. Please do not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion.
Time-limited exclusions cannot be shortened early. Please choose the duration that genuinely reflects how much of a break you need.
Or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction
Age Verification
Access to jjrs is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or by the Platform's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This is not a guideline; it is a hard requirement enforced through KYC verification.
All registered users must complete identity verification confirming their date of birth. In practice this means submitting a valid government-issued CNIC, passport or driver's licence. Accounts where the user is found to be under the minimum age will be closed immediately and deposits returned in line with applicable procedures.
If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor may have accessed jjrs, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.
Being 18 or older does not automatically make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users must independently assess their legal position under Pakistani law. jjrs does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal under Pakistani jurisdiction.
Under 18? This platform is not for you. If you are under 18, please leave the site now. Do not attempt to register — your account will be closed and funds returned if age verification fails.
Play Smart
These are practical habits that responsible gamblers maintain — not rules imposed by jjrs, but proven approaches that keep gambling enjoyable over the long term.
Set aside a fixed entertainment budget in PKR for gambling — just as you would for dining out or cricket tickets. Once that amount is spent, stop. Never use rent, grocery or household funds.
Decide in advance how long you will play — 30 minutes, one hour — and set the session timer in Account Settings. Stick to your decision even when you are winning. Winning sessions feel endless; time passes faster than it seems.
All casino games and sports bets are designed with a house edge. In the long run, the operator makes a margin on every game. Gambling is entertainment — treat winnings as a pleasant bonus, not an income source.
The instinct to place a bigger bet to recover losses is one of the most destructive patterns in gambling. Activate your loss limit so the Platform enforces a stop automatically — removing the decision from an emotional moment.
Work pressure, family disagreements or financial anxiety are not good conditions for making calm betting decisions. Gambling to escape a bad mood rarely improves it and often makes it worse. Take a break instead.
Whether it is a trusted friend, a family member, or an independent support service, talking about concerns is one of the most effective early interventions. You do not need to wait until things are serious to ask for perspective.
Independent Support
If gambling is causing harm, you do not have to address it alone. The following are general categories of support. jjrs strongly encourages users to seek qualified, independent guidance — separate from the Platform — when needed.
24/7 Live Chat and Help Centre. Our support team can activate self-exclusion, adjust limits or assist with account closure immediately. Available in English; Urdu available on request.
For non-urgent responsible gambling enquiries, contact [email protected] — displayed here as plain text only, not a clickable link. Include "Responsible Gambling" in your subject line for priority routing.
Qualified counsellors and mental health professionals in Pakistan's major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad — can provide confidential support for gambling-related concerns.
In Pakistani culture, trusted family members and community elders can be important sources of support. Sharing concerns with someone you trust is a meaningful first step toward addressing gambling-related harm.
jjrs does not provide clinical counselling services. The resources above are general guidance. For clinical assessment and treatment of problem gambling or related mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. The Platform's license jurisdiction may have accredited responsible gambling bodies — contact support for further information relevant to your situation.
Stay in Control
The tools on this page are here for you whenever you need them. If you want to explore the Platform, visit the homepage. If you want to review the full terms of use, the Terms & Conditions page has everything in plain English. And if you want to step back, self-exclusion is one tap away in Account Settings.
18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Gambling involves financial risk. jjrs does not hold a gambling license issued by Pakistani authorities. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit gambling — please check applicable laws before participating.
